a.k.a. Seri Muka (meaning "pretty face")
A sweet Malay kuih* made up of 2 layers. The top is a pandan coconut milk custard and the bottom layer is glutinous rice with coconut milk.
* "kuih" is a bite-sized dessert or confection.
