Beef Rendang
A spicy and rich beef stew, made with coconut milk and a variety of spices. The flavours of Beef Rendang unfold in layers. The zingy flavours of lemongrass and ginger hit you first, followed by the savoury beef and hot chilli. Lastly, as you continue to chew, the back of your tongue tastes the creamy coconut milk.
